Stefan Garris Meyer is the author of three books. His first book, The Experimental Arabic Novel is a scholarly survey of postcolonial modernist literature in the Middle East. His second book, The Lost Slipper of Soul, is a contemporary sequel to Hermann Hesse’s celebrated novel, The Journey to the East, that focuses on the League, an ancient spiritual teaching which has taken the form of a new age religion. His third book, Rest Points in Eternity, is an exploration of identity that examines the main character’s connections with both his genealogical family and the lingering personality of T. E. Lawrence, known to the world as Lawrence of Arabia.

It can be said that a man is not actually born when he comes out of the female body, since he doesn’t know yet that he is born. He is actually born when he first obtains the knowledge of his birth. That mission is to help others find spiritual freedom, and by doing so to gain freedom for ourselves.
